Employee Feedback is a Gift

What I’m Thinking About: Employees are the Company’s Greatest Asset

While working with small business owners, I always recommend having a way for employees to give input and feedback. It takes time, effort and courage to receive feedback, especially things aren’t going well. We give employees feedback. We ask our customers for feedback. Why not ask employees for feedback?

Why You Might Be Thinking About This: Mixed Generations Means a Great Mix of Feedback

Most of us want to know how we’re doing. Without feedback, you might keep doing what doesn’t work well for the employee, the business, or the customer. With feedback, you’ll know what team members think is going well and what could be improved. They can also give you ideas how to fix problems and issues.

Why It’s Worth Thinking About: Feedback is a gift. Open it.

Employee feedback can help you take your business to the next level. Weigh in also leads to buy in, especially when you are able to use employees’ ideas to make positive change. How do you get feedback? Town hall meetings, 360-degree surveys, suggestion boxes, sensing sessions, contest for “best ideas”, end of year reviews. Do you have other ideas on how to get employee feedback?

Want to know what your employees think? We can help you listen. The Sandbox Group is ready to help make your work WORK.
