With feedback, you’ll know what team members think is going well and what could be improved. They can also give you ideas how to fix problems and issues.

Employee feedback can help you take your business to the next level. Weigh in also leads to buy in, especially when you are able to use employees’ ideas to make positive change. How do you get feedback? Town hall meetings, 360-degree surveys, suggestion boxes, sensing sessions, contest for “best ideas”, end of year reviews.
